Dont do it Bottom you've already cracked it

I don't know what to suggest other than that inhalers that are available - but I'm not sure if they contain nicotine though, in which case they're no use either.

Start munching on raw carrots etc.

Keep up the good work for the sake of your baby xxx

I stopped smoking with both my children.  In fact I could not smoke as even the smell, made me feel sick.  Stopped smoking for 3 years with each of them.  But as time has gone on I smoke now.  Wish I never, as the previous post said, you are almost there so stick to it.  The willpower gets harder as you get older.

A lady on another post about smoking said she gave up during the stop smoking national campaign.  She said the nurse she saw was lovely and she said that whenever you feel like have a fag, just tell your self you'll have one tomorrow.

Don't know if that helps, I gave up with my first child and then never really was able to get back into it.  I was never in a place when I wasn't with the baby and I refused to smoke in the house with the baby and I lived in a top floor flat so couldn't stand outside and leave the baby upstairs either....So, fortunately, now I'm one of those ex smokers who can't stand the stuff.

Stick with it, think of all the lovely things you can buy for baby with the pennies you are saving from not buying fags.
