Bought one today at Lidl. Having it tomorrow night. Never cooked goose before.
Anyone got a good recipe I could use. It's only small just enough for two.

This recipe is specifically for a goose crown from Lidl. The result looks excellent and it's definitely EASY!

It wasn't too bad Tilly2. I tend to wear sun glasses when looking at the oven. It's every Preston Guild it gets done!
Chris the receipt was ok. Surprised how much meat was on it.
