With regards, to the oils. Sunflower oil was contained in the drink until 2004. Sunflower oil is very good for lowering cholestrol due to the pant sterols and was used as a natural preservative in the drink. oils are no longer in the UK Sunny Delight and it is strictly illegal to hide this on labelling! The bad fats which some foods contain is lard,vegatable fat and animal fats which actually forms lard.
