My memories of Hogmanay in Edinburgh is freezing my you know off at the Tron and not knowing if it was New Year yet.
Now they have all sorts but I had never heard of this when did it start?

have done this for a good few years now Gav.....live concerts in Ross bandstand and fireworks orchestral music at the bells...
