can you cook it stright from frozen and how? I would normally do a fresh one in foil in the oven for 15 mins

cook it from frozen it is ok...but at a lower temp for a bit longer..I put mine in foil with lemon usually

Best way is to let it thaw out then in a pan cover with cold water, bring water to a boil and the salmon is cooked.
