Desperately need a recipe! Does anybody know a recipe or even just the secret ingrediance it Take-away style garlic sauce, its the type used for dipping mushrooms and garlic bread and stuff in, I come mainly form pizza or kebab shops. I think it is made from either mayonnaise or cream but I'm unsure!! a friend has recently moved away and its not in supply in the new area so I would like to make some myself to send! any help anyone could possibly give would be wonderful!! Thanks in advance!

Heinz have just brought out a new product range of various bottled sauces in supermarkets. One of these is garlic.

got this from my local take away - mayonnaise, vegetable oil, crushed garlic and garlic esence - i add a few herbs too.
When you've only got a bit of mayo left in the jar add the rest of the ingredients and shake like hell!! you can ajust the amounts to suit your taste!
