A Dessert called Lemon Posset?

I was out for dinner at the weekend and was intruiged by something on the dessert menu called Lemon Posset. Does anyone know exactly what this is (and how is it pronounced; posset or possay)?

It's a refreshing and very simple dessert made with double cream, sugar and lemon juice.  A lot of lemons are used so it is quite tangy.  The cream is boiled with the sugar and then put in then fridge to set.

A  great pudding for the summer

PS - The pudding is best when served with extras such as fresh fruit, almond biscuits, etc.

Thanks nicolab6, it did say it was served with shortbread.  Yum!
And it rhymes with 'cosset'
