I don't measure the ingredients anymore as I've made this soooo many times... but my recipe is:

Melt 1-2oz butter and 2 tablespoons golden syrup together (don't boil) then stir in a tablespoon of drinking chocolate powder.  Allow this to bubble for a minute then turn off the heat in stir in as many cornflakes as can be evenly covered by the chocolate mixture.  I spoon it into individual fairy-cake cases, but have been known to just let it harden in the saucepan to make one big cake...  If it is a bit sweet you can use half drinking choc powder and half cocoa powder.
