I have just purchased a bag of Linda McCartneys mince which I have heard is one of the better meat free minces. Has anyone any good recipe ideas. Thanks.

Isn't the idea to use this in place of minced beef/pork/whatever?
In other words, use it in any of the thousand recipes that call for the above meats!
