Can anyone recommend a really hot chilli sauce?

I'm looking for the sort of that comes in a bottle with a health warning!

What about Hot Peri Peri, even the mild one gives me hiccups, its so hot, (I love it)

I'm looking for a wee Christmas gift for an Auntie that has asbestos lining in her mouth. She eats raw chillies for fun...

So the hotter the better!

The hottest I have ever found is "Dave's Insanity Sauce." It used to be available in Sainsbury's. Not sure if that is still true. You can buy it on-line. Be careful though. Very dangerous stuff!
