1 1/2 times a standard mix for an 8" tin and the same cooking time temperature, do do a skewer test to be sure tough and give another few minutes if necessary.

Hi Denzy, if you scroll down to 10" round by 3 & half deep cake tin - so it's 3 & a half quantities of that basic sponge cake recipe given - baking time 50 - 55 mins on relevant oven times.
