I went to a National Trust property and there were printed sheets for an old fashioned Munster cake. I can't find it on the internet. Does anyone have a copy, please? I could, of course, see if the NT property would send me one, if they are still there. I saw it at Felbrigg Hall in Norfolk.

Munster as in Ireland?
Question Author
Not sure whether it was Munster in Ireland or Germany. Did not mention on information sheet.
The cake had chocolate in it and dried fruit.
Question Author
It wasn't Felbrigg, but Ickworth. My memory is going!
