A big thick Lashford's Pork with apple and leek sausage, rib-eye steak, piece of grilled gammon, two mini lamb chops, and fresh black and white pudding, with grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, chips and peas. Egg for those who want them. Pineapple with coconut meringue pie for pud.

oooo careful boo last time I dare suggest that I got all my answers removed!!
What time shall I arrive?
Ham and cucumber sandwich and some berries for afters.
I couldn't eat 1/5 of that in one sitting. That's a shocking amount of food.
That would last me a week.

No, BOO, I'm not mercia.

sounds a lot Trig, got bits to use up two rib-eyes, two gammon steaks, six sausages, 10 mini lamb chops yes my sons are here!

After all that lasagne and stuff the other night, no.1 son still went to bed with 4 slices of toast!
I simply don't believe anyone can eat that much food!
I agree with ummmm...and lol @B00
I'm interested in the coconut meringue pie - any chance of a recipe? Please?!
Good god, I would struggle to eat just the sausage, tomatoes and peas!
Question Author
Well I make as a lemon meringue pie, but use pineapple juice and crushed pineapple, whisk egg-whites and add a big handful of dessicated coconut - you can toast it first if you like.
well mercia was a figment of someones imagination so if you apply that reasoning ILS wouldn't be mercia
Meat sweats!

sounds a lot of food, but it really isn't - two growing teenagers 18 and 19 well over six foot rugby players, hubby, daughter and me. The lamb chop have a circle of meat on them the size of a two pence piece. Two rib eye steaks, two gammon steaks between 5 of us and a fight for the left over sausage!
It doesn't matter how tall the teenagers are. My son is miniature and eats way more than his dad. Also eats it twice as fast.
When you add it to the big cooked breakfasts you do spikey, its a lot of food.
That's my meat for the week.....sustitute chicken/fish for the rib-eye and pudding.
Rib eye I find quite fatty :s
