As I am vegetarian I eat a bit of tofu. Usually just stir fried. Do you have any more recipees please?

You used to be able to get smoked tofu (don't know if you can anymore - I think it was Cauldron Foods who made it) which is really nice made into breaded gougons. They go really well with a sort of smoky bean casserole.
