Sounds like a load of c0ck to me.
Lol don't worry, Tesco's should be stocking it soon. ;)
But they won't guarantee that it isn't derived from horse semen.......
I think I'm going to be sick.
Sounds fowl.

Zacs -LOL naughty boy!
Vodka - I'm sure you're right
Not surprisingly, said ingredient wasn't in Delia's recipe.
No Delia would have asked you to use 1/426th mg of essence of mayfly or something ridiculous.
Has anyone asked the rooster about this ingredient?

I think they stock that in Waitrose, Barmaid.
I'd really like to know how one would extract it in the first place.

Can you imagine? No... oh god. Brain bleach.......
It's a cock and bull story!

I was waiting for that comment, Cupid. I'm sure there is a Youtube video of how to collect it, but don't think I'll bother to go there. Yeuuugh!
^ brain bleach & wire brush please
Barmaid,I just scrolled down to post that as MY answer !!!!! Have I been 'hacked' ? If you Google 'turkey wranglers' I believe you might discover a profession whose sole purpose is 'jack off' turkeys on a commercial basis !!!

I could also recommend a few people of late who may be overqualified for that vocation.
^ Far too much information for this thread :|
Looks like mischievous editing. Can't think of, or find, any French phrase which could be badly translated into English with that result! You can always edit it yourself. Try adding "if this is not available, ask your butcher".
'Vanilla extract' was edited about 5pm this evening by a troll at IP address 65.182.127.16
