Every recipe I follow to make glazed nuts, always ends with nuts with a sugar coating. I've just followed a recipe which said that the sugar would crystallize then remelt and coat the nuts --it didn't, nor did it look like the picture either. I twice tried the recipe in Good Food -- didn't look anything like that one either!

It's an expensive trial. Can anyone tell he how to get the lovely glazed crunchy nuts I want to give as pressies please!!
