I've got a jar of rum babas just delivered for someone to open at Christmas.Do they need to be kept in a fridge until Christmas Day?

Run babas are sponges. How can they be kept on a jar?

It's only a small jar, 340 ml. I got them from a company called Gourmelli

wow, rum babas steeped in syrup, they will be really messy to eat - lush!
