frazzlers are left potatoes fried till crispy
chopped up chunks of cold cooked potatoes fried till golden. I would call the slices as described by some as "sauteed potatoes", and the fried mash as described by some as just "vile and wrong"

to me if you fry mash its going to be part of bubble and squeak or if your doing fish cakes or something along those lines
Mamy, if you can't afford batter, use butter or margarine instead.
^ although the French call them Pommes Frites, which is confusing.
C'mon now, where's the nice bit of fried onion in the middle.Takes them to a whole new level.

i quite like crispy mash if its on top of a pie. i can;t see it with bacon and eggs tho
Mix parboiled then sliced poatoes with finely chopped onion, sprinkle with garam masala, fry, turning occasionally until slightly brown and crispy. Top with a fried egg and enjoy.
Close sibs, but not that thin.
