roll i in flour

and fry at a very high temp in butter.

Pour on brown sauce

Sounds delish! we eat other parts of pig for breakfast - bacon, black pud - why not liver?

Eugh! Not a fan of liver.
Have to say I agree with snags though, red sauce for bacon and brown sauce is definitely for sausages!

as for pigs liver for brekkie urghhhh (as i sit eating pork liver pate on toast......)
