Recipe for Puy Lentils
I recently watched a tv programme where a young lady was cooking in Paris. She inspired me with a dish using Puy lentils, beetroot and goat cheese. Well, the beetroot and cheese went down a treat but the lentils were not pleasant. She cooked them with stock. I have tried vegetable and also chicken stock. I still have about half a packet left and hate to waste them. Short of bunging a handful into a stew, does anyone have any ideas please?? many thanks

Half way down at the Lamb recipe it says they love the earthy taste they have wouldn't suit me. I have often thought about trying them but will maybe give them a miss.
