Kentucky Fried Chicken

Hello all.

Does anyone have a decent Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe to make please or does anyone know where I can get a coating pre-made?

A few years back Asda used to sell a decent copy in a sachet that you just sprinkled over the chicken...they no longer do it!
