My son watches this program now and again but I just find the whole thing disgusting.

People all over the world with little food to eat, and this idiot tries to cram as much food down his throat as he can.

p.s. I remember going to see Life of Brian when it first came out and it was so funny I fell of my chair laughing. Funniest film I have ever seen.

I was really looking forward to Meaning of Life and was SO disappointed. When the film ended everyone walked out in a sort of stunned silence. It just did not "work".

Shame cause I am a huge Python fan (I am old enough to remember watching the original TVs shows when they were first shown on BBC2).

I watch this occasionally-and it always makes me feel a bit horrified...as I sit there laughing.

I'll say one thing for the States-there are lot of people with imaginative ideas for restaurants.

I think you're all being oversensitive. It's just a whacky achievement for entertainment's sake. And if he sent all his food over to starving countries it wouldn't solve their problem.

I agree with Old_geezer. There are always the same comments 'meanwhile in Africa' on nearly every video. I'm sure the producers understands this but made the programe as entertainment value and I think it's fun viewing.
