I don't know what possessed me to go into McDonald's.

All I wanted was a vanilla milk shake.

The didn't have vanilla.

How can you not have vanilla? Don't milk shakes all start with vanilla?

So the girl on the counter said they they had this new flavour ... mixed berry!

I should have said ... "Euurrr, Sugar, are you serious??"

But what I said was ..."Oh okay, I'll try one of those."

I got as far as the first waste bin.

Seriously guys ... they are gross beyond description.

Did I just contradict myself by describing one? No, I don't think so.

Has anyone else tried one?

I think where you possibly went wrong was going into McDs. Mixed berry does sound particularly dubious though.

My self amd Maccy D's have a less than passing acquaintance, I have no objection but I find the food bland and "slick" tasting

Sounds as bad as my local chippy. They do a lovely homemade tartar sauce.
But only on certain days. How daft is that? It's really nice actually, better than the shop bought ones!

Costa do a lovely mixed berry slushy ice drink, but I wouldn't fancy a milk shake in that flavour.

I'm wondering why it would be that much different to a mixed berry smoothie?

Ok, so there'd be tinkering with yogurt, ice cream and sugar content - but essentially why would it be that different???
