Butter or Marge

Do you remember the advert where they said 8 out of 10 people prefer butter to marge? I prefer butter how about you?

Can�t stand marge. We use butter in mash as well.

I only like Anchor butter & my husband likes Olive Gold.

I only use Stork marge to make my & delicious pastry & crumbles - sorry, had to get that one in!

We use to use Echo marge when I was a kid.I think they only use it for cooking now.

i could stomach margarine spread VERY thinly in a sandwich but on toast or mash it has to be butter.

Wasn't this the advert for Stork margarine, where 8 out of 10 people couldn't tell the difference between Stork and butter? We must have had NO taste buds in the 70's!

I live on Lurpak! I get this from my great grandma who is 93 and puts lurpak on everything!

Welsh, salted butter on toast, muffins and in mash. The unsalted variety (usually french for me) on crusty bread with some nice cheeses.
