I have opined previously regarding Mr Tiny-Beard's ability to take a simple game of chance and turn it into something that looks like live Russian Roulette!

That said, he comes across as terminally humourless, rather self-important, and devoid of anything approaching dress-sense.

I did know him back in the late sixties when I was work at the beeb. Had a drink with him once in a pub in Regent Street. He was actually (then) a nice chap, very quick witted and good company.

Weirder characters than him on TV, he is very professional on Deal or no Deal and has a good sense of humour.

He opened a new record shop where I lived when I was in my teens. One of
my classmates tried to chat him up. I nearly triped in my oxford bags! Anyone
remember wearing them. One of my neighbours reckons all men with beards
are pervs, I don't agree with her.

I don`t know him. He certainly looks a bit weird. As a person I would imagine he`s quite good company though. I remember being on the school bus and listening to his prank phone calls when he was on Radio 1.
