Where can i get Multi coloured cucumbers?

With halloween soon apon us i wanted to do the children healthy alternatives to sweets and thought of having a plate of cinnamon caramelised sprouts and sliced multi coloured cucumbers orange, red and dark blue would probably be the best effect but i'm not sure these are available here, so is it possible to order them online if not is it possible to maybe inject food dye int the cucumbers, if so what would be the best way to ensure the whole cucumber gets coloured?

How about making eyeball jelly? Buy fresh or tinned lychees, make a small whole to insert a raisin/blueberry/whatever and then set then in ice cube trays and top up with a fruit jelly.
