I've seen this somewhere and just wonder whether it works for weight loss.
And if it does, does wine count as Carbs.

it would depend on your schedule...not everyone gets up at 8am and goes to bed at 11pm ...

6pm is too early, most working people haven't got back home by then, let alone eaten!
juat what i was going to say boxtops, I'd never get to eat a decent meal!

The way I understand it you can still have a meal but without bread, potaoes etc. I posted this because I'm hoping to find out more and what people think about it.Trimeresurus, my glasses are bigger than that. Saves pouring time.

It matters not a jot..........it is what you consume over a 24hour period.
why not just cut back a bit on intake of calorific foods and drinks instead?

I dont eat or drink too much normally. ( we all indulge on occasions)but enjoy wine most evenings. Quite energetic for an old girl but it sounded like a fairly pleasant way to lose a couple of pounds.
I have not eaten after 6pm for years, primarily because I have a lot of digestive problems, sadly it doesnt cause weightloss ! :o
the time of day is irrelevant, its the lowering of carbs that helps
