FYI I actually had smoked salmon, poached egg & parmesan leafy salad. And the darn thing would have tasted even better if some scr0te hadn't nicked my Tesco finest balsamic dressing out of the staff fridge. With my name on it. Not happy :-(

We have a communal fridge - freebies brought in by reps, cakes for birthdays, biscuits & goodies from when people return from their hols. That's a free-for-all first-come-first-served.

We also have a 'personal' fridge - where everything in there belongs to someone in particular and no-one else should even sniff, never mind touch, never mind nick. And my balsamic dressing has been used up. I shall hunt them down and stick the empty bottle up their 'arris.

stick a note on the fridge thanking the culprit as you were unable to enjoy your salad and ask them to replace it, you never know it might shame someone into it
