how do i stop mushrooms shrinking when frying?

*soaked in water*???...bleeuurrgghhh......all you have to do is leave them in a plastic bag in the back of the fridge for a few weeks....that'll keep them moist

nope i don;t like mushrooms cos the reality is they are dead slugs
wash them ,but dont peel them that should stop them shrinking

they sell it in many supermarkets - its in a old fashioned looking bottle with a pinky/beige old fashioned looking label with just writing on

it smells kind of vinegary but theres no vinegary flavour - which is odd

Does it taste nice on it's own? Could you dip chips in it?

as i said in texture its more like brown water than thick like normal ketchup...not really sure why they call it ketchup really...its nice in sauces, gravy etc
its only about £1.30 so worth a go

they don't shrink so much if you cook them wrapped in foil in the oven.
