I don't think any foods 'have' insulin. It is a hormone produced by the pancreas during the digestion of food.
no foods have insulin, your pancreas produces insulin to break down glucose if you need insulin, see doctor and eat less sugar and carbohydrates and saturated fat too.
It is possible to eat foods, or follow a diet, which will prevent your body from producing too much insulin. You need to eat foods that have a LOW Glyceamic Index, for instance Basmati rice is low, but regular long grain is high. there are many lists available on the internet, do a search for low GI foods.
As Headtime said, there are no foods that have insulin. In diabetics such as myself, the pancreas produces less insulin to break down excess sugar, therefore resulting in a high blood sugar reading. 5mmg is a normal reading. When I was diagnosed, mine was 17! A bad diet together with diabetes can bring on a Hyperglycemic (high blood sugar) attack which could result in coma. When the blood sugar is too low you get a Hypo. It's very difficult to have a balanced diet and you feel unwell most of the time. You also feel tired a lot as normal people get their energy from sugar/carbohydrates.
