Id there a fruit drink thats made from powder like those in vending machines - or from tablet form like the vitamin and evergy drinks?

Unless it says 'not from concentrate' on the box it's from powder.

Sorry Zacs-Master ... I perhaps wasn't clear ... it's fruit drink powder I am after - like the stuff that's used in vending machines.
