All of them, watched together, tell a great story. Godfather 3 is a fitting end to the trilogy.
The tv adaptation of 1 + 2 which shows more of Vito's life in New York is superb.

godfather3- al paccino looks just like my dad did when he was alive, even when he's dressed as an old man; do you know theres some ***** out there- in the public sectors that can't watch a film without imagining the characters on the films are like the people that look like someone in real life!!?? weird, ay?
apart from that did you spot that the film actually showed that the main godfather was not involved in anything?
Watch it again- you'll see what i mean.
