When i'm on my maternity leave in October, will tax credits stop paying me my nursery fees. I know i'd be off work, but i'd still like my daugter to attend nursery 2 days a week.

Thanks <3

hiya, i don't know the answer for sure but how old is she? if she is getting the "free nursery hours" they get when they are abou 4 thn yes. If not, i hope not! It seems madness that the state would pay you smp to be at home, plus pay for you not to have to look after your child at the same time (sorry if that sounds mean)
I'm sure one othe the others will be along with the proper answer, or if not, i'm sure they have a helpline?
