I thought I'd like to share it with you but Ed kept telling me it exceeded the limit. Evidently the limit is 2000 char's. (can the limit be exceeded? if so How?)

Then Den said about putting it on AB so I had to split it up into 3 parts as you see.
I hope it didn't spoil it for anyone.
Yes, it is moving isn't it?

I'll let you off this time Yogi I realised you were a bit premature.

Has that always been your problem? beeing premature I mean, you need more self control.

I am not really a sentimental person and don't like the US obsession with sentimentality.

But - for those who are interested - I believe that the poem is by cheryl costello-forshey.

Just a tad too sickly sweet for me.... Admire the sentiment, i am the daughter of an old soldier. Grew up with the threat of my dad going to Northern Ireland. I prefer the one out of Four Weddings "Stop the clock........" Ashamed can't remember it, wanted to read it at dad's funeral as well...

Here you are Jolene, You only had to Google it.

Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone,
Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone,
Silence the pianos and with muffled drum
Bring out the coffin, let the mourners come.

Let aeroplanes circle moaning overhead
Scribbling on the sky the message He Is Dead,
Put crepe bows round the white necks of the public doves,
Let the traffic policemen wear black cotton gloves.

He was my North, my South, my East and West,
My working week and my Sunday rest,
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last for ever: I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now: put out every one;
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the wood.
For nothing now can ever come to any good.
W.J. Auden
Found it Jemisa,love it Ron.
