Are you living amongst youths who are non stop behaving in a anti social manner, it is / has already effected the lives of those elders in the community?

no, we dont have any. Kids will always hang around, but i see nothing "anti social" in that. I think far to much is made of trying to demonise/criminalise kids who are simply doing nothing more than playing on their bikes or hanging round with their mates. I think there is a lot of age discrimination implict in your question. WHo is to say that "elders" are any better? A quick read of the law section throws light on many an "elder" acting in an anti social way!

An elderly person got an ASBO for something. It was in the paper about 6 months ago. Don't know why I remember it.
