I used to work in a pub in the next villlage to mine and most of the folks that were customers were into swinging,we're not talking middle aged ugly people either,these were 20's and 30s.I was quite gobsmacked that all this was going on in the village and everyone but me knew about it for years.lol

My neighbours are swingers - very well known in the area. They've had a 'pleasure dome' built in their garden this year - so all summer they have had their swingers' parties in the hot tub & jacuzzi.

They've been swinging apparently for around 8 years now. He got bored with the marriage (? shades of sqad?!) & gave her an ultimatum - swinging or divorce. She was apparently a little mousey creature back then - but went along with it to save the marriage and has ended up being really into it & they both love it.

I had an invite to their last 'do'. I was going to a Halloween party and said "I might turn up in fancy dress". His winking reply was "Dress is optional".

My daughter said to me "please don't drink at the party mum - or you know you'll end up at the swingers." I think she was mortified I would 'play around' so, literally, close to home.
