yes i would reccommend taking to vet NOW if she can't keep water down. Dogs dehydrate pretty quick and 10 is a bit ls to be taking risks
I agree, food is not necessary but water is, and she may have some sort of blockage stopping her keeping it down. Could be something simple like enteritis but better to be safe than sorry.
It's really important that you take the advice proffered above. Your dog is prime for "Bloat". This is an often fatal malady affecting larger breeds of dogs, especially those with deep chests... classic Lab description. Bloat occurs most often when the dog has recently eaten and then plays or otherwise exercises vigorously. The dog's stomach is unsupported within the intestinal cavity immediately behind the chest area. When the stomach is full and heavy the larger breed of dog can actually flip the stomach over and the esophagus and lower intestinal outlet from the stomach wraps around the stomach cutting off not only digestion but also blood supply... fatal if not treated within 24 to 48 hours. Vomiting or attempting to vomit is a diagnostic assessment well known among Vets. The Vet can easily manipulate the dog's stomach without surgery... usually. Don't delay, please...

Thanks for your help. We did take here to vet, they gave her antibotic, something to help her stop being sick. she came home but has not recovere. My wife has just taken her back to vet. but i have a very sad feeling about her. but you can only pray
I really hope that your dog will be okay. It is horrible to see them suffering. :-(

doesn't look to good Vet says
Any news? If its not good news, at least you did the right thing, none of us want to see our pets suffering, and the vets will do all they can for them.
