Im with Tiscali network and Im being harassed on the phone by a former partner who wont leave me alone he is aware I do not wish for him to contact me anymore however Im getting phonecalls on a regular basis Can I get a block on the phone with this network?

you could also change your number, or consider reporting him to the police.
