I am annoyed too

Well not so much annoyed as***** I have realised that a couple of my mates are always on the take. I do stuff for my friends and never ask for payment. I was offered, I didnt ask for help, to get to the doctors next week after my leg op on Wednesday and they said you will have to pay the petrol. They are both working, I am not at present due to my op.
What do you think ?

Awww cab :( If I offered for a friend I wouldn't ask for anything unless there were really extentuating circumstances like I was completely broke and it was the only way I could take them.

Even then, I'd do whatever I could not to have to ask.

I can understand how you feel about being used cab, but you should give with a kind heart & not expect anything in return.

Having said that, if you feel so strongy about your good deeds not being reciprocated by your friend/s, then don't offer any more help in the future.
