Can anyone tell me which is the healthiest orange drink for children, or any other flavour come to that. I get totally confused when I read the ingredients in some of them. I would like one which has very few, if any, additives.

Fresh oranges, cut in half and squeezed by hand or in the machines you can buy.

Do not buy any drink with Aspartame in it, it is an artificial sweetener made of chemicals which can make people ill, it made my husband ill
Rocks Organic squash is good.

The ingredients for the orange squash are

Ingredients: Water, organically grown sugar, organic whole oranges (15%), citric acid, organic orange oil. GLUTEN FREE

It is usually with all the squash at most supermarkets, it comes in a green glass bottle.

I agree with the above one, but it may contain too much sugar. Even so, the best of the "shop" ones, although you can't beat making your own, as sandbach said. Anything with aspartame in it's terrible. It can cause fatal diseases.
Pure orange juice with no added ingredients, and diluted with water for very little children. Better that they eat oranges and drink plain water though!
Don't forget that acid is another factor in tooth decay - citirc acid in this case.............
I'd agree with the Rock's organic. Make sure it is well diluted.
it has got a lot of sugar in it but id rather that than the sugar substitutes and chemicals tbh

water is always best but sometimes kids wont drink it.
I agree Red, and if there are alternatives available at home they will usually drink them. However, if you don't buy the alternatives whilst they are very young they will drink water because they don't know about other things!

We are a family of water drinkers! (Cos' I'm a mean Mum!).
If you get into the habit of drinking water it seems to stay.
And don't forget sugary drinks don't quench thirst, they actually make you more thirsty!
LOL @lofty being a mean mum.

little CRX will drink water to some extent, but on hot days sometimes its easier to keep him hydrated with a glass of squash.
Would agree Red, hydration is the main thing with kids - well with all of us really.
