As you've used the word "felonies" , am I right in assuming you are not in the UK?
If you ARE in the UK, a husband with a criminal record will not matter if you applied to join a police force.

Knowing the police force in this country, a criminal record is mandatory. I would think that if your spouse has convictions that is welcome and if you've both got criminal records your on your way to chef inspector.
