Are all employers obliged to pay the minimum wage? I have just had a conversation with an ex teacher and he said that employers can pay less if a person agrees - please can you send a website that confirms either way or something -I thought minimum wage (with categories for different ages) was legal and the law - many thanks in advance JJ
