I also had bad morning sickness although I was never actually sick I just felt it. I found that nibble digestive biscuits used to help.
Nibbling ginger biscuits or stem/candied ginger also helps with a cup of weak tea preferably before getting up if someone can make it for you. Don't worry in 99% of women the sickness does not last long.
when i was pregant i suffered with morning sickness for nearly 5 months.
My midwife told me to sit up in bed when i woke up for about 10 to 15 mins and eat something, a ginger biscuit normally. its all to do with your balance.
it worked wonders!!
good luck
I suffered from morning, afternoon and evening sickness from about 4wks until the moment my two kids were born. The only thing that helped me was constant nibbling and polo mints. Those anti-travel sickness wrist bands helped a bit as well. Don't worry,it stops for most women after 12 weeks.
Ginger nuts! I swear by 'em! Sucking an ice cube can also help. And if you can find anywhere that sells ginger sorbet, you're well away!

Nibbling dry, blandish food little and often worked for me too.

Hope it passes soon. Mine lasted 18 flippin' weeks. I lost half a stone in the first three months!
