I am currently paying the mortgage on my house, which my ex wife and children are living in,although according to the CSA maintainance calculator i should be paying about 100 less than this figure each month. Is there different arrangements where mortgages are concerned or will the figure be correct, regardless of the cost of the mortgage?

I know what you mean Jonny, the CSA payments dont take into account the mortgage you pay so if you just want to pay your ex the money that the CSA say then just do it and she will have to find the extra money herself. I'm in the same situation the money the CSA say is about 110 less than i'm paying for the mortgage but I don't want to see my kids on the street and the ex is sitting pretty on benefits....
