After a lot of  years separation I have started an online divorce. The papers were sent to the address he was living with the latest g/f he was kicked out of her place before the papers arrived and according to her no mail turned up for him and he has now dropped off the radar. Living out of his car from what I've heard and refusing to answer my messages, calls or texts so I'm now in limbo and can't do anything without his agreement which to me is wrong. I should add HE started a divorce petition a few years ago which I signed and is still sitting redundant somewhere that the courts are aware of,anyway I've been told I could pay for a trace to be done on him,has anyone ever done one and what was the outcome? Thanks

All I'm told is he has to sign and agree, which seems wrong that the narcissist still has the upper hand

The d13b is what I looked at and was then told about a trace,it's all so confusing

Just fill the form in honestly.  If you are unable to answer a question just write 'I do not know/not known' or similar in the box.
