My son stops college in June and starts a full time job in June , when do i stop paying maintenance , he's 19 years old now

In theory, I believe you can stop once they are 19 or in full-time work (not until 18 in England now), as that's what Child Benefit goes by. Personally, as some places of employment keep the first wages in hand, or miss the cut-off date, I would probably allow him his first pay for himself, and come to an arrangement after that one.

Presuming as well, that you don't owe any back payments.
I think when they cease full time education ( Scottish law ) .
