Heard a loud clatter and a bang on my balcony railings - heart leapt as I thought 'What if a neighbour has slipped and tumbled three floors down'.

Threw open the door to see a four foot Santa with a rope light wrapped around his neck on the grass - are things really that bad ?

Well that's what happens when you don't taken your Chrimbo decorations down before twelfth night.....Santa takes a....errr...tumble!!!

Noooooooooooo, my upstairs neighbour Lady J , I was fearful she had tumbled off her balcony whilst practising her new Davina McCall Exercise routine.

Things must be bad if Santa thinks a rope and a long drop are the answers to his problems. He must be distracted if it he forgot to tie one end of the rope to Brenda's balcony railings before leaping. :-)
