Depending on where you are staying in Spain, you can use boiled tap water. If you are staying in a residental area the tap water is 100% safe, however if you are staying in a hotel i would use bottled water. I am not sure in Evian is safe for babies due to the mineral content but i know 'font vella' is popular in spain and that is ok to boil to make up bottles.
I know lots of Mums in France give Evian water to their babies. It's one of the low mineral content ones.

Thanks
Why boil it in Spain? It's bottled at source!! It's the same as the Evian bottled water here! Do you boil the babies bottled water here as well??
Hiya, I was just wondering if you meant for making up bottles?? If so, you can order the ready made cartons of formula in bulk in advance from Boots at any airport. That's what we did with our 5 month old last year. It was really convenient. And we did let her have juice or some bottled water (can't remember which brand) if necessary.
