Largest baby I saw born naturally was 14lbs 11 oz just gas and air no stitches.... The mother was fine the rest of us felt the need to walk awkwardly

Largest baby ever born, 23lb 12 oz but did not suvive, died 12 days later, the next one born in Italy at 22lbs 8oz in 1985 & still going.
