In the Mail today, there are photos of ugly fathers with gorgeous looking daughters (so the idea of choosing potential good looking blokes to father good looking kids obviously goes out of the window!).

Can anyone think of gorgeous looking parents with not so good looking offsprings?

I must say, how very different Bernie Ecclestone's daughter is to him! complete opposites! I would have also included Liv Tyler and her father in the article too.

That will always be the problem here.

If you start a thread looking for "not so good looking offsprings" ... every time we find one, there will be howls of indignation that we are being mean.

Well these are predominantly successful, powerful and wealthy fathers.

So they tend to attract and marry good-looking women.

That must improve the odds in the looks department of the genetic pool.
